ABSTRACT

In the conditions of extremely dangerous human life (COVID-19 pandemic, martial law, etc.) the urgent tasks of science and education are the preservation of values, the creation of E-communications for adaptive and comprehensive support of scientists. The goal of the research is to intensify the problems of information analytics in the system of scientific staff training (SST) and to develop a methodology for building an information-analytical system (IAS), which will ensure the integrity of the process of intellectual potential formation. This is aimed at the rationality of the IAS, in particular, its component – E-Portfolio. This will make it possible to convert the accumulated information into electronic form and facilitate the transition to the creation of fundamentally new types of information resources. They can be combined into digital collections, which in the projection of the educational space become a system complex of digital scientific and educational resources – part of the IAS. When force-majeure makes radical changes in the education system and causes a certain failure in all spheres of scientific activity, the E-Portfolio itself becomes a reasonable and well-reasoned decision. Its development as an open component of the IAS for SST is using methods of adequate definition of structure based on of systematic, competency, transdisciplinary and diagnostic approaches. The components of the structure are combined into meaningful blocks based – on conceptual, organizational, socio-psychological, and diagnostic. This allows for establishing transdisciplinary relationships between researchers in different fields of science. Thus E-Portfolio is an effective IAS-tool for distance SST and also helps with the adaptive performance of scientific tasks. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

ABSTRACT

The article presents a philosophical understanding and real interpretation of the existence and evolution of pedagogical (educational) discourse in the postmodern space. The results of scientific research are analyzed and the structural-semantic relationship of the concepts, terms and categories associated with the terminological field "discourse" is defined. The authors raise the problem of the postmodern significance of discourse in the period of the global transformation of the educational environment, caused by the pandemic COVID-19, which has put humanity before the fact of actualization of remote communication and receipt of educational services. The authors believe that distance learning should be provided with strong technical and technological support on the one hand and the use of this vector set of educational, pedagogical, learning and development technologies in the preparation of future specialists in the system of higher education on the other. The article deals with new approaches to the application of discourse-supporting technologies and methods. Thus, the emphasis is placed on the relevance of an open informational and educational environment of higher education institutions in the postmodern space where the role of discourse as a constructive tool of postmodernism is determined by the new interpretation, and the teacher becomes a generator of innovations in this context.

ABSTRACT

The use of semantic technologies in the modeling of electronic educational resources is one of the examples of the application of the ontological approach. The potential of ontological modeling is also determined by the peculiarities of using such resources in the educational process. The technology of ontological modeling of electronic educational resources proposed by the authors is aimed at a specific applied result, for which the methods of creating ordered data structures were effectively used. The objectives of the study are: search for new and modernization of existing approaches to the development of electronic educational resources in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic;presentation of the author’s approach to the use of semantic technologies for modeling electronic educational resources. The authors want to show that the use of their proposed approach, including with the help of the educational resource developed by them and introduced into the educational process, can increase the efficiency of the activities of both teachers and creators (editors) of electronic textbooks. Thus, certain opportunities are created to improve the quality of electronic educational resources. Conditions are provided that make such resources more or less open, more convenient, understandable and visual for users. The authors reveal wide possibilities of effective application of the ontological approach to the design of electronic educational resources (electronic tex-books, study guides, training collections, catalogs, etc.) with arbitrary digital content. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
